You will join Proxima as an Analyst on our 2 year training programme learning about procurement and consulting, working with global brands delivering big money projects. You will work closely with clients on a day-to-day basis helping to identify improvements and cost savings, and supporting them through any changes. You’ll see big businesses from the inside and learn management consultancy from real experts who deliver it daily in the field. You’ll develop your consulting skills, as well as your creative thinking and commercial awareness. From day one you’ll get formal training, coaching and friendly support from a range of Proxima people. You’ll become a brilliant consultant, but this is no ordinary consulting firm. We want you to become a free thinker and a problem solver with the potential to go as high as your ambition. We don’t force you to fit the mould.

 To start your career in Proxima, it would be an advantage if you have obtained, or be in your last year, of an analytical bachelor’s degree such as Supply Chain/Procurement, Engineering, Science, Business or Economics.
