The Media Executive is responsible for the planning, execution, optimization and reporting of the paid media elements of all 1000heads campaigns.  



  • Support Senior Manager with campaign consultancy, strategic planning & implementation for paid social, display & direct response campaigns
  • Deliver integrated paid media campaigns with an appreciation for the other elements of the campaign (influencer outreach, community management, creative)
  • Deliver optimization, reporting & budget management for all media budgets within your remit
  • Work with the Media Director to manage project timings, delivering all duties to agreed deadlines
  • Analyze campaign performance against client KPIs & report on any trends & insights to key stakeholders
  • Monitor day to day delivery and budget against KPIs
  • Recommend opportunities for campaign optimization based on meeting clients KPI’s & implement as required
  • Buy media across biddable platforms, including Facebook (power editor), Twitter (self-serve), LinkedIn (self-serve), YouTube (self-serve) and other digital and content marketing platforms.
  • Negotiate IO buys and manage campaigns with digital display publishers.
  • Understand and implement social/digital measurement and tracking
  • Deliver post-campaign analysis & PPT presentations
  • Assist with any ad-hoc reporting & administrative tasks
  • Work with media owners to trouble-shoot any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with internal departments and external companies



  • At least 6 months experience of digital and paid social advertising
  • General understanding of creative ad requirements and/ or knowledge a
  • Basic understanding of media, audience profiling, targeting and tracking
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication, analytical and literacy skills
  • Entrepreneurial – able to identify opportunities for clients
  • Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint & Word
  • Able to manage time effectively & multi-task
  • Team player
  • Self motivated & willing to take on new challenges



  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads Platform or 3rd Party API technology
  • Understanding of Search PPC Media Buying or Display Planning
  • Polished presentation skills
