The HR Administrator and the team

We’re hiring a HR Administrator to join out HR department in Citywire. This job will give you exposure to more than 240 employees over five offices internationally. This means a fast pace of work, the need to react to people’s queries as they arise, as well as maintaining the day to day administration of the HR department.

Once you get to grips with ‘business as usual’, there will be opportunity to get involved with other projects in HR alongside your role. We can shape according to the areas of HR you are most interested in.

This means you won’t be afraid to challenge the status quo but will be collaborative when needs be to find the right outcome.

When you join us…

  • You will be the go-to first point of HR contact for our colleagues, quickly responding and resolving queries
  • Looking after the administration of HR processes: this includes new starter set up, right to work documents, probation period, the ‘buddy’ system, temporary workers and leavers
  • Producing all HR related paperwork including changes to terms and conditions, references, bonus letters...
  • Maintaining  the HR database, all people changes are updated and the relevant people across the business are informed where applicable
  • Liaising with payroll, providing them with monthly updates for UK as well as International offices
  • Producing weekly and periodic HR metric reports on Excel showing all people changes for management
  • Maintaining the various employee benefits (e.g. gym, healthcare, dental care, pension, etc.)
  • Updating and maintaining the company people intranet page, Company Handbook and Org Chart

What you’ll need:

  • A degree in a HR related subject or equivalent HR/Admin experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and thorough proof reading
  • Proficient on Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable handling data
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Not afraid to suggest and try new ways of working
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the HR department
