Purpose of the role:

Due to new and exciting product developments we are expanding our Client and Data Services team. The Product Management Executive will be working alongside this team at our headquarters in Vauxhall (London).

Your role as Product Management Executive will focus on maintaining client relationships and helping them throughout the transition to our in-house email marketing platform – Goldmine.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join this fast-paced and flourishing part of the business. You will work closely with the Client and Data Services Manager and our clients to advise, coordinate and execute their email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To advise, coordinate and execute our clients’ email marketing campaigns.
  • Be able to create mailing lists based on clients’ criteria and be analytical about any possible changes needed.
  • To work closely with clients and Product Manager to understand and deliver campaign strategies and achieve results.
  • Speak with clients on the phone and over email to provide campaign updates and results and ultimately, be able to advise on how to use Goldmine more effectively.
  • Produce excel reports, presentations, marketing materials, campaign analysis and any other documents detailing and promoting Goldmine.
  • To work with an external mailing house to ensure they execute the sending of campaigns on time.

What you’ll need:

  • A degree is preferable although not essential.
  • Experience creating mailing lists out of targeted sectors and markets.
  • Must have relevant experience in Excel.
  • A background/knowledge in finance or economics is favoured but not essential.
  • Personable and adaptable in your approach to speaking to clients, as well as internal and external contacts.
