The Role

Due to new and exciting product developments here at Citywire, a fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Client and Data Services team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and charismatic Client Services Executive to join this fast-paced and flourishing part of the business. You will work closely with the Client and Data Services Manager and our clients to advise, coordinate and execute their email marketing campaigns and will regularly be in contact with clients on the phone or in meetings. Your role as Client Services Executive will focus on maintaining client relationships and ensuring their continued use of the Goldmine email marketing platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with clients and Product Manager to understand and deliver campaign strategies and achieve results
  • An expert understanding and use of the Goldmine system and be able to demo it to clients in their offices or over WebEx
  • Be able to run a campaign on behalf of a client from start to finish
  • Be confident in liaising with clients with regards to their target audience for a campaign and be able to build a mailing list based on their criteria
  • Refining of mailing lists to ensure clients are targeting the most relevant people in the industry
  • Speak with clients on the phone and face to face to provide campaign updates and results and ultimately, be able to advise on how to use Goldmine more effectively
  • Produce excel reports, presentations, marketing materials, campaign analysis and any other documents detailing and promoting Goldmine
  • Take ownership of client management and ensure credits are being spent
  • To work with other departments within Citywire such as Sales, Business Development and European Research to ensure the smooth running of Goldmine and other products
  • To work with an external mailing house to ensure they execute the sending of campaigns on time

What you’ll need:

  • A degree is preferable
  • Must have at least one years’ experience in an account management role
  • A background in finance or economics is favoured but not essential
  • Personable and adaptable in your approach to speaking to clients, as well as internal and external contacts
