The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our vibrant Creative department. We are currently looking for a talented and hard-working Digital Graphic Designer on a 12-month contract.

You will be working with a passionate team catering for results-focused clients by creating B2B publications, as well as Citywire’s own digital periodicals. An ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and receive and implement complex instructions quickly and accurately is vital, as is a positive can-do attitude and a flair for design.

Key Responsibilities:

The main function of the role is to create digital publications using InDesign and a variety of publishing platforms. There will also be scope to contribute ideas to web design projects.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience of the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign
  • Experience of designing for digital outputs and an understanding of UX
  • Outstanding layout and design skills
  • Demonstrable ability to interpret client briefs
  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • At least two years’ experience in a relevant role

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience of digital publishing platforms
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
