Job Description

Spherexx is searching for an individual to provide excellent customer service as a Junior Account Manager. English Majors are encouraged to apply for this position. Our team is expanding and successful candidates will support our MarketSurveyTools team and our users in a variety of functions as outlined below.

13.  Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization and to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments

14.  Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks

The main duties of this position will include:

1. Quality control and auditing

2. Calling clients, verifying information and making updates 

3. Data entry & testing software 3rd party integrations

4. Internet research 

5. Answering calls from existing clients and general customer service

6. Reviewing reports & helping clients understand how to use that data

7. Providing demos & training sessions including managing attendees & reminders

Candidates must type at least 65 words per minute with 90% accuracy, use a 10 key on a computer keyboard successfully plus maintain an attention to detail. 

 All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Starting salary range for this position is $12 per hour.
