Job Description
I Love Leasing is a leasing lead management CRM (CustomerRelationship Management) software in the cloud. This position is both a coaching and training position: coaching to enhance knowledge and training to transfer knowledge. The chosen candidate will develop appropriate training programs, including the preparation of videos and materials that our video and graphic team will assist in creating.  This position will conduct a variety of training programs associated with the perfect utilization of I Love Leasing at both the onsite level users, middle management (regionals) and corporate executive level users.This will also include training I Love Leasing integrations with 3rd-party accounting programs like Yardi, Real Page, AMSI, MRI, Rent Manager and ResMan.
The trainer will also provide valuable feedback to our software development team about how the software can be enhanced using the comments from users.  We also expect the trainer to provide new ideas on how to enhance the UI/UX (user interface & user experience) so that this tool grows exponentially in functionality and performance for the end users. 
The chosen candidate will train and coach new and existing employees on I Love Leasing  workflows/procedures & related modules via in person, telephone and webinar sessions: 
1. Provide support of I Love Leasing including core Spherexx software modules as they interrelate to each other and to integrated 3rd party software vendors in real time.  
2. Assist in product testing and provide feedback for new functionality, new modules, and upgrades to existing modules including creating test plans, test cases and working to ensure a rigorous UAT (user acceptance testing) process is followed by the interoffice teams supporting the I Love Leasing software solution.  
3. Become knowledgeable about our client’s company-specific property management and accounting business processes and requirements so that we can ensure our CRM is supporting their workflow.  This could include making recommendations for customization of workflows for clients so that their teams perform optimally through our software implementation. 
4. Continually identify ways to leverage I Love Leasing capabilities to improve efficiency through workflow, automation, and process improvement. 
5. Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as onboarding new user training, as well as assist with prospective new customers who need assistance with internal training program building. It will also be necessary to provide our inter-office “on the job” training for new hires joining the I Love Leasing team. Must be able to train remotely so if your only passion is live interactive training, then this might not be the right position for you.  You must be able to successfully train and motivate our software users and executive users from a phone call and shared computer screen.
6. When not training or coaching users, the training coach will assist the I Love Leasing account management team with client specific needs that could include answering software questions, auditing a workflow, or designing ideas for new reporting or case studies that validate our software is making our 
clients more profitable.
7. Be able to travel on occasion.
8. This position requires direct experience in multi-family rental housing/apartment industry.
9. The chosen candidate will be able to mentor and teach core property management procedures. 
10. This position requires a general knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, and property management processes as related to successful multifamily operations. 
11. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required with the ability to work with technical and non-technical users at all levels. 
12. Meticulous attention to detail and high ownership. 
13. Engage our client base in scheduling training where the client agrees to pay fees in addition to the free training we provide to clients every month. 
14. Supervisory Responsibilities Clarification: This is not a management or manager position.  This is a standalone trainer/coach offering for the candidate with training experience inside the multifamily apartment industry.
15. This position could grow into a department direct report with a team we might build to accommodate to sales growth.   This position could also expand into training other products in addition to I Love Leasing.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this training/coaching position.  The Trainer/Coach will work at a desk in our corporate office and train our users via Go To Meeting software.  Working conditions are normal for a fast-paced software development & advertising agency work environment. 
1. Experience in the property management industry is required at any level – from owner/operator experience or vendor to the multifamily industry.   Knowledge of day to day operations at an apartment community will be key to learning our multifamily ILoveLeasing.com® CRM. 
2. Must be able to write documentation – great grammar and English skills will be essential.
3. Must be able to type 65 words per minute, because we have lots of documentation to prepare. 
4. Previous experience with software training is a plus. Experience with GoToMeeting, Skype and other digital conferencing software is required, because 90% of our trainings will be done remotely across our US and Canadian client base.  Experience in training preferred.
We require you work inside our Tulsa Oklahoma headquarters.  This is not a remote or
