Job Description

Spherexx is adding to our team!  We are searching for the best to provide excellent customer service as a Junior Customer Service Agent.  English majors are encouraged to apply for this position.  Successful candidates will support our ILoveLeasing.com team and our users in a variety of functions as outlined below:

The ideal candidate will have the following traits and skills:

10. Ability to work with a wide variety of clients and personalities

11. Outstanding documentation and follow-up capabilities

12.  Ability to understand and manage client expectations

13.  Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization and to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments

14.  Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks

The main duties of this position will include:

1. Quality control and auditing

2. Calling clients, verifying information and making updates to the ILoveLeasing.com application

3. Data entry and testing software 3rd party integrations

4. Focus on strong customer service skills via phone and written communication

5. Internet research in the multi-housing industry

6. Answering questions from clients and general customer service

7. Reviewing reports and helping clients understand how to use that data

8. Providing demos and training sessions to new and existing clients

Candidates must type at least 65 words per minute with 90% accuracy, use a 10 key on a computer keyboard successfully plus maintain an attention to detail. 

 All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Starting salary range for this position is  $12 per hour.
