Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in creating and delivering a range of cross-platform print and digital work.
  • Print: magazine ads, brochures, signage, display advertising, etc.
  • Digital: website design assets, landing pages, social graphics, banner ads, etc.
  • Collateral: brochures, infographics, case studies, PPT presentations, etc.
  • branding: mood boards, style guides, logos, packaging etc.
  • Video: produce assets for video production



  • Excellent sense of layout and design with a strong command of typography, grid systems, hierarchy, and other design principles.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (After Effects and Premier a plus)
  • Design centered portfolio showcasing a variety work in print, digital, and web design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; ensure adequate utilization of time when booked in projects.
  • Basic understanding of print production.
  • Creative thinker with passion for learning about the marketing industry
  • Ability to take direction and criticism
  • Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
  • Clear & responsive communicator
  • Understanding of web technologies, programming languages, web page design a plus
  • Video production/post-production/animation a plus.
