Job Details:

This position is predominantly structured around supporting the clients using the revenue management program we built called Our revenue management software has a scientific formula that helps optimize the pricing of individual apartment units. It is similar to the way the airline industry prices individual seats on their planes. Our Rentpush clients are owners or operators of apartment communities around the US. Your customer service skills will help our client’s transition into a new day to day workflow using Rentpush. We will train you to succeed!

  1. Oversee the setup and intake questionnaire on new users of Requires check and balance audit skills as you work to standardize the data provided from multiple inputs.
  2. Data entry & analysis skills - entering and reviewing start up analysis of new users as well as maintaining monthly and quarterly revenue reconciliation.
  3. Assist in daily metrics and variance analysis.
  4. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  5. Assist in completion of internal control procedures that will be constantly evolving.
  6. Utilize our return on investment tools to help our clients set goals and reach those goals through strategic benchmark measurement.
  7. Audit duties on as-needed basis.
  8. Evaluate opportunities to improve processes.
  9. Analyze "action items" with RentPush users to insure they are engaged, complying and relying on Rentpush.
  10. Highly motivated individual with excellent work ethics.


  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or Statistics or related experience in exchange for undergraduate work.
  2. Strong written and verbal skills that show an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and clients.
  3. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications and strong Excel skills.
  4. Typing speed of 65 words per minute.
  5. Love of mathematics and love of customer service.
  6. Good listening skills and ability to interview/question clients to glean the details needed for analysis.
  7. Apartment management experience would be a plus.

Duties of Pricing Managers

  1. Run, verify, analyze, process, and deliver pricing-related analysis.
  2. Assist the onsite team with the execution of upcoming renewal leasing.
  3. Confidence in implementing effective pricing strategies.
  4. Assist the accounting department with reconciliation issues.
  5. Consult with property management partners on revenue optimization.
  6. Train on the effective use of all areas of our revenue management software.
  7. Provide strategic analysis of pricing, inventory, demand, etc.
  8. Answer overflow customer service calls and e-mails, as needed
  9. Proactively suggest the best practices for leasing agents, members, or related groups to improve overall operational process.
  10. Expertise in building both quantitative and analytical approaches.
  11. Enthusiasm for resolving customer or client inquiries.
  12. Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  13. Cooperation with members of his/her team at every level coupled with the passion to lead by positive example as a "servant leader" of
  14. Self-starter/self-motivated, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision.
  15. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling several projects simultaneously.
  16. Eagerness to conduct and lead regular Revenue Strategy meetings with clients every Monday morning.
  17. Willingness to monitor and analyze weekly/monthly/yearly forecasts and convey relevant information in plain language to clients from a broad spectrum of educational backgrounds.
  18. Confidence to perform ad hoc analysis on the spot in order to give guidance to leasing teams, management teams and pricing forecasters.
