This position is a great place to start your career at This particular opening will be for setting up sales appointments for our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) product called I Love Leasing which specifically caters to the apartment industry. This is NOT a sales position, however you will be a part of the sales process and work with our sales team. You will be emailing and calling companies nationally and request appointments for software demonstrations and all communicating will be done remotely over the phone and by email. We provide prospects for you to solicit but you will be emailing them and then setting appointments for a demonstration of our software program. You will work side by side with our sales team which will do the software demonstrations. Basically you will queue up the appointments for the sales team to demonstrate the program.

You will do some company research every Monday and Friday to track down more contacts at the companies you have been given to target.

We'll train you for everything, but you need to bring confidence and a fearless attitude to email and call these prospective new clients every day. Your personality must come through on the phone because 90% of the calls you make will be to leave messages on voice mail, so we need that message to make the prospect want to call you back!

Must be able to type 65 words per minute and you can test yourself at

Training will be provided, but a proactive, very organized and quick learner with a strong work ethic and positive attitude will excel in this position. You need to know how to use Outlook email and Microsoft Excel. You must work in our in our South Tulsa, OK office, meaning this is not a work from home offering.
