Job Description

Job Details:

This position is predominantly structured around support the clients using the revenue management program we built called ( Your accounting skills will be invaluable because you will be called upon to study multi-year financials and analyze how they impact the income our software is supposed to be boosting. Our revenue management software has a scientific formula that helps optimize the pricing of our client's products.

  1. Oversee the setup and intake questionnaire on new users of Requires check and balance audit skills as you work to standardize the data provided from multiple inputs.
  2. Data entry & analysis skills - entering and reviewing start up analysis of new users as well as maintaining monthly and quarterly revenue reconciliation.
  3. Assist in daily metrics and variance analysis.
  4. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  5. Assist in completion of internal control procedures that will be constantly evolving.
  6. Utilize our return on investment tools to help our clients set goals and reach those goals through strategic benchmark measurement.
  7. Study key performance indicators (KPI's) inside RentPush.
  8. Ongoing regression analysis will study the effects of one variable on another as well as studying how one variable influences another variable.
  9. Audit duties on as-needed basis.
  10. Evaluate opportunities to improve processes.
  11. Analyze "action items" with RentPush users to insure they are engaged, secure in.
  12. Highly motivated individual with excellent work ethics.


  1. Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
  2. Strong written and verbal skills that show an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and clients.
  3. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications and strong excel skills.
  4. Typing speed of 65 words per minute.
  5. Love of mathematics or statistics.
  6. Good listening skills and ability to interview/question clients to glean the details needed for analysis.
  7. Apartment management experience would be a plus.

Duties of Pricing Managers

  1. Run, verify, analyze, process, and deliver pricing-related analysis.
  2. Assist the onsite team with the execution of upcoming renewal leasing.

  15. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling several projects simultaneously.
  16. Eagerness to conduct and lead regular Revenue Strategy meetings with clients every Monday morning.
  17. Willingness to monitor and analyze weekly/monthly/yearly forecasts and convey relevant information in plain language to clients from a broad spectrum of educational backgrounds.
  18. Confidence to perform ad hoc analysis on the spot in order to give guidance to leasing teams, management teams and pricing forecasters.
