Job Description

This job is currently closed.  Submitting your resume for this position is for future opportunities. is seeking a personable, motivated, organized, efficient and adaptive person who has strong skills with AR/AP and human resource experience. This person will assist with finance duties while providing excellent service to our internal and external customers. The responsibilities of this position will evolve and include project work as needed.


  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Credit card / bank reconciliations
  • Assist with budget preparations and budget management.
  • General ledger assistance
  • Phone duties -- field all calls for the company and work in a rotation with others that also cover the phones
  • Work with CPA to complete quarterly and annual reviews for taxes, lenders, etc.
  • Manage requests for materials and equipment & prepare purchase orders.
  • Generate 1099's and W-2's with assistance of the payroll service.
  • Track inventory and company owned equipment for insurance and depreciation schedules.
  • Prepare appropriate schedules and reports as requested by owner, clients and partners.

Experience & Skillsets Required:

  • Excel, Outlook and Word with a high level skillset in all these programs
  • Quickbooks experience a plus.
  • Has mastered routine elements of practice area skills, professional skills and knowledge of company operations
  • Three years minimum accounting experience required and construction experience a big plus.
  • Uses initiative and discretion in accomplishing routine assignments with minimum supervision
  • Effective planning, problem solving and analytical skills, ingenuity, judgment and administrative skills
  • Promotes a moral end positive work ethic through personal commitment and leadership

Must be able to type 65 words per minute


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related real world accounting experience
  • At least 3 years work experience required with or without accounting degree.
  • Must be able to type 65 words per minute

Salary is $15.00 per hour 

This is a full-time permanent position and we are looking for a long-term hire to grow with us.
