Job Description

This position will suit a person that is great at multi-tasking and enjoys a different schedule all the time. Some days will be spent on the phone all day with clients and vendors. Other days will be sent compiling data and updating assignment notes.

  • The project management assistant will audit and update client information as needed
  • Assist with client data entry
  • Run errands*, order office and kitchen supplies, collect and distribute mail
  • Answer phones
  • Assist with sales follow-up
  • Light office housekeeping, if necessary (restock fridge, keep microwaves tidy, coffee maker maintenance, etc) & trash collection at end of day.
  • Assist the Project Administration Manager with coordinating corporate meetings and events.
  • You must be organized and possess excellent communication skills. Must be able to multi-task.
  • During non-busy periods, we will ask you to research emerging technologies and services that may enhance the Web experience and make recommendations to management. This will be a targeted research directive - meaning that Spherexx.com will send you in a direction to research specific areas - like usability, compatibility testing, web analytics, lead generation, etc.
  • Handle overflow tasks from the project management team
  • Full time on-time attendance for a 40 hour work week.
  • Data entry to assist account managers in the Market Survey Tools division.

Skillset Required:

  • Excel, Outlook and Word with a high level skillset of programs
  • Has mastered routine elements of practice area skills, professional skills and knowledge of company operations
  • Meet budgeted time allocation on every task assigned
  • Use initiative and discretion in accomplishing routine assignments with minimum supervision
  • Effective planning, problem solving and analytical skills, ingenuity, judgment and administrative skills
  • Promotes an ethical positive work environment through personal commitment and leadership
  • Take ownership of work performance & product quality
  • 3+ years in a front office environment with heavy data entry experience
  • *Vechicle registered and insured in your name, available to you Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary Range: $10 to $12 per hour
