Immediate openings for the current academic year!

Part-time (2-5 days/week):  flexible shifts available Monday-Friday (minimum 2 days/week required).  Our 21C program runs at the following Green Bay elementary schools: 

Danz:  3:00-6:30

Fort Howard:  2:00-6:00

Jefferson:  2:00-6:00

Keller:  3:00-6:30

Pay Rate

$10.50-12.50 per hour

*Shift premium available during certain times of the year!

Major Responsibilities

ASP+ provides children between the ages of 5-12 with an extension of the school day, offering safe, fun and enriching environment.  As a program assistant, you will help kids grow in their academic, social and emotional development by leading them through a variety of curriculum that promotes learning, positive behavior choices and character development.  In addition, you will establish a positive rapport with children, parents, program staff and school administrators and ensure School District and Boys & Girls Club standards for programming are met at all times.


  • Program Staff should ideally have at least three months experience working with children; previous experience working with children in group settings and from diverse backgrounds is a plus.
  • An individual who is seeking a degree in Education, Child Psychology or Human Development is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate well to children, adults, and school/site staff and work the after school hours of the school's operational year.
  • The ability to speak conversational Spanish is helpful, but not required.
  • High school degree or equivalent highly preferred; high school seniors with a strong interest in education are invited to apply.
