You’ll be responsible for providing a slick, seamless service whilst contributing to the internal vision and goals of the business.  As the first point of contact for visitors and the 1000heads

family, this role will suit someone who is highly personable, is an excellent communicator at all levels with a welcoming personality who is not afraid to think outside the box. 

We’re a social bunch (or ‘’Heads’’) here, we’re looking for someone who can continue carrying the torch to new, exciting and bigger things!


Assist Digital Operations Director from a business operations perspective where required

Oversee reception including, answering the phone and being the first point of contact for visitors and staff

Manage meeting room booking including arranging hospitality for external meetings

Manage supplier relationships/contracts and reviewing where required

General facilities management

Responsible for company Health & Safety including running regular assessments

Responsible for office budget tracking and ensuring we’re being cost effective at all times

Advodate for our company culture and liaise with the internal cultrue team in planning social events

IT Management support

Management development of Receptionist

PA assistance to Managing Director

Assist Senior Management with ad hoc duties including:

Diary Management

Travel arrangements

Expenses & timesheet tracking


Ability to work calmly, efficiently and professionally under pressure

Ability to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity

Meticulous attention to detail & excellent organisational and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Passionate, energetic and confident

Proactive: self-motivated



Previous Office Management/Operations management experience preferred
