We’re looking for a HR Administrator to help support the HR function with a variety of HR activities within the full employee lifecycle.  This role would be suitable for someone who has experience within a HR function, passionate about people/HR and motivated to become an expert within your role.


Support the employee lifecycle (including issuing of offers, contracts and leaver confirmation)

Support the induction of new joiners (including arrangements for ‘The Perfect First Day’)

Administer employee review process (including probation & annual reviews)

Supporting the recruitment activity between hiring managers and recruitment agencies

Assist with monthly payroll processing and administer benefit reminders

Ensure employee personnel records and HRIS are up to date and accurate

Support with processing & onboarding of freelancers

Support adhoc duties within the HR function


Experience working within a HR function

Commercial international HR experience gained in industry-leading companies within the marketing, media sector or digital space

Fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of employment law and HR best practice

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Excellent planning and organisation skills

Proficient in the use of MS Office applications

Proficient in the use of social media for business purposes

A good working knowledge of HR systems

Meticulous attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and flexibly

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and react quickly and effectively

Team player with the gravitas to liaise at all levels

Pro-active and self-motivated


CIPD qualified or equivalent
