Keep it simple, stupid.

That is what iKrut is based on. The belief that if you need training on how to use it, it's too complicated. Whenever we add new functionality to iKrut it has to pass 2 hurdles before we will consider adding it.

  1. Does it actually add value to the user. Some systems offer a lot of functionality which ultimately cause you more hassle than they're worth - sound familiar?
  2. Can a user work with the new functionality without the need for us to show them.

If something doesn't fit with either of these, we don't add it in and we have deliberately left off some functionality that other systems have because it is either complicated and requires you to undertake extra training or it looks clever but doesn't actually add any real value to you.

This is not to say that iKrut is somehow a simple system. Absolutely not. It's just simple to use - big difference!

Typically most new users require no training at all and if you do have a question, you can phone us (we offer email or phone support) and we'll help you. There is no charge for support (because you're unlikely to need it often so we don't need to charge for it).
